How fast is your delivery service?
We pride ourselves on speed. Most local orders are delivered within 45 to 60 minutes, depending on your distance from our fulfillment center and current traffic conditions.
Is there a minimum order amount for delivery?
Yes, we require a minimum order of $20.00 for all delivery requests. This excludes taxes, delivery fees, and optional gratuities.
What happens if a product I ordered is out of stock?
If an item is unavailable, our team will contact you immediately to suggest a comparable substitution. If we cannot reach you, we will remove the item from your order and issue a refund for that portion.
Do you deliver alcohol and tobacco products?
Yes, we offer a wide selection of beer, wine, spirits, and tobacco. Please note that a valid government-issued ID must be presented and scanned by the driver upon delivery to verify you are 21 or older.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on perishable food items. If there is an issue with the quality of your order, please contact our support team within 2 hours of delivery for a resolution.
